Instructions before the application:

• Have an official copy of your transcripts.
• Write a short essay about the theme below. Essay is to be no less than 400 words and no more than 500 words. 
Theme: “How has technology impacted student learning and how will technology benefit you in college?”
• In order to complete the form as quickly as possible, you WILL need ALL of the above items. **Please complete this application as accurately as possible as all required information will be reviewed once the applications are reviewed. Selected applicants will be contacted by the scholarship committee chairperson. Non-selected applicants will receive an email as well.
• If selected, you may be asked for documentation to support the data you provided. Likewise, all correspondence and award agreements will be generated from the personal information submitted below. So, please use proper spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.
